To process a booking we collect your name, mobile number, email address, and the details of your reservation (event, sitting, number of guests). Payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not collect or store your card, UPI, or bank credentials on our systems.

How we use it

We use your information solely to process your booking, deliver your ticket, provide support, and comply with legal and accounting requirements. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We share the minimum necessary information with our payment provider (to take payment) and with the email and messaging services that deliver your ticket. These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms.

Retention & security

We retain booking records for as long as required for operations, audit, and tax compliance, and take reasonable measures to protect your information.
