Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of this reservation website (the “Site”) operated by Terratone (“we”, “us”, “our”) for events and activities across our venues. By making a booking you agree to these terms.

Bookings

A reservation is confirmed only after your payment is successfully received. On confirmation you receive a booking reference and a QR ticket by email and, where available, WhatsApp. Prices are shown per person at checkout and are stated as GST-inclusive or GST-exclusive as indicated for each event.

Entry

Please present your QR ticket at the venue for entry. Each seat-taking guest requires a paid seat; children under 5 dine free and do not need a seat, as stated at checkout. The venue reserves the right of admission.

Changes & cancellations

Bookings are non-refundable. Slot transfers may be arranged up to 48 hours before your service by calling us — see our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Liability

We take care to describe our events accurately, but menus and timings may change for reasons beyond our control. Our liability for any booking is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Kerala.
